I worked at inVentry and my experience was far from positive. The call center environment is already tough, but what made it unbearable was the lack of competent leadership and support from management. There’s an obvious disregard for employee well-being, especially for technicians, who are treated with little to no respect despite being essential to the company’s operations.

In my opinion, inVentry needs to seriously reassess how it treats its employees if it wants to retain dedicated staff. I cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for a healthy and supportive work environment.

InVentry system was installed at our research facility to enable evacuation roll call to an external swipe access muster point. This has never worked properly since installation 3 yrs ago with little to no solution coming from InVentry.
