My work laptop stoppend working from one second to the other. I brought it to William and he promised to have a look into it to see what's going on. He send an Email to verify everything including the cost for the first fault finding which i was happy to pay. Everything was clearly explained and i felt secured.
Astonishingly he called the next day and it was fixed and ready for collection.
I got a Email with the additional cost and a VAT invoice which was a very good deal and everything was explained very detailed when i picked up my Laptop.
These days good service is hard to find and to be handled fair even harder.
William done a very good service which i will definitely use again in the future.

Feels like dealing with the IT department at work. I've used them 3 times. First 2 times they were fine. Third time they just really dragged their heels. Communication is hit and miss. They don't really answer the phone, but they'll call you back. But then won't really say anything, and just tell you they'll email with information. All just kinda weird. I won't be back.
