We have been with Brightbulb for many years now. They manage our website on a monthly basis checking for bugs, updates etc as well as help with web design. Where to start with these guys! They were originally recommended to us years ago by our friends at AJ Wells as our shiny brand new website was hacked which sent us into a blind panic. Brightbulb calmly took control and saved our bacon. The team are all super approachable, friendly and patient (talking us through any areas that we find too 'techy'!). Matt and the Brightbulb team were amazing with their support for the university's delivery of our 'Business Boost' programme for Isle of Wight Council.

Full graphic design, artwork and imaging and a comprehensive website was all produced quickly and effectively. Enquiries and applications came through, via the website, to our email inboxes - information and data flowed well.

All of this helped us launch the business support programme, and ultimately enabled us to run several cohorts in 2022 and 2023.
