Excellent and innovative platform / case management system which has transformed our current working process in the medico legal sector. An efficient; and time saving cloud based system which is easy to navigate intuitively albeit the team provide excellent support to novice users. Uploads radiology without a hitch. Invoices can be processed instantly and married into accounts record in a second. GDPR compliant and has the ability to send large confidential files with passcode. This platform is the way forward for all who work in the medicolegal field. It facilitates the most secure transfer, storage and disclosure of medical records and imaging in the market, seamless case management and document storage with built in data analytics for matters, a perfectly developed expert report builder which saves hours in formatting, integrated time recording and invoicing, virtual appointments and so much more. ALLDOQ has an excellent fee structure which does not charge to host per matter, or per disclosure, which is often not recoverable. The system is used and loved by hundreds of expert witnesses and lawyers. And best of all, the team are highly responsive, always on call to assist with any queries and will quickly and happily develop the system to adapt to individual requests and requirements. I would not use anything else!

Have been using this software during it's development and It has grown into a comprehensive and useful tool for compiling medicolegal reports and collating documents. Online radiology tool is good.

Most importantly though, the development team are enthusiastic and responsive to suggestions regarding ongoing development and improvement.

The security is compliant with my requirements but easy to navigate. Once in the system the layout and icons make navigation intuitive and the integration and ease of access of information, imaging and report generation is the best I have used. The timing and billing functions are a great time saving addition.

Excellent bespoke platform for people writing medicolegal reports. One stop for viewing Letter of instruction, correspondence, medical records, other expert reports, imaging and has the ability to write a formatted medical report - with saving of previous versions. Also able to track time spent for billing and an invoice template.
It has simplified the process for me and made my medicolegal work much easier.

I have been using the new ALLDOQ for three months and it is an excellent upgrade to the existing medico-legal report building and communication software system. The software is designed specifically to meet the needs of clinicians and supporting legal teams.

It includes ease of image storage and and data exchange plus data storage eliminating the need for physical documents. It is automated to populate sections of the medical report with information from existing records avoiding duplication of entry of information. The excellent and well thought out report templates simplify and automate report production and allow re-ordering of all sections/paragraphs for different sections of the report with a simple computer mouse click. The sections are automatically re-numbered.

Records and images are stored on a secure server and accessible through a secure connection. This system has a facility to record time spent on report formulation. The billing system is clear.

Once appropriately modified, ALLDOQ will prove to be an excellent software for all non medicolegal clinical work and potentially replace any other private practice software used in parallel to a medicolegal software.
