If I'm honest I hadn't done any research before deciding to walk in one day and speaking to the staff about building a top teir desktop. After seeing how experienced they were and seeing first hand their no nonsence approach, I was comfortable to literally just leave the whole build in their hands. After a week they had ordered, built & tested a phenomenal piece of kit.

Cant reccomend these guys enough, they live and breathe this game, that's what you need as a customer.

WOW. Excellent service. Outstanding customer communications. Very honest and friendly, had some troublesome issues installing a second drive (DELL make sure it’s not easy) Rohan didn’t give up until it was solved. More than satisfied. I would absolutely recommend this computer shop.

I recently purchased a gaming PC from Tenzy for my son's birthday, and I must say, the level of service and customer support was exceptional. Not to mention, the quality of the PC was outstanding and at a great price.

Rohan, who assisted me, was a true professional. His expertise and knowledge in recommending the right setup for my son at an affordable price were impressive. I appreciated his patience in explaining all the technical details and answering any questions.

What impressed me the most was the level of customer care and after-sales service provided by Tenzy. They exceeded all my expectations and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect for my son. The PC is ideal for my son's gaming preferences, including Minecraft and Roblox, while also catering to more demanding games.

The store has some good hardware but doesn't stock aging hardware (rtx 20-series) only seems to stock highest priced items, then charge £40 to put a pc together even if it's just a ram stick or cpu inside pc.

Shame these guys had to move, (thanks asda)

Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable. Had 2 gaming PCs and 1upgrade plus extras. Outstanding turnaround, quality products really good prices. Would only use Tenzy for our computer needs. Highly recommend.

really nice guy knows his stuff. Had my first pc from here ot was a i5-10400F with a 1650 i was getting amazing fps on 1080p resolution low graphics. i wanted to upgrade to a rtx 3060 so i could have 1080p max settings at good fps on warzone and other more demanding games like cyberpunk 2077 he had me sorted in a week. Before with my 1650 i was getting 80-90 fps mid settings and now with my 3060 im getting 120+ with max settings 1080p and rtx on max I highly recommend!

Great Computer store with great and welcoming staff who are able to advise you no matter your computer knowledge. They offer both great products and services. I have bought a custom built PC and laptop and now all my friends use there services and everyone has been extremely happy with the service and products provided.
Couldn't recommend them enough.
