Fantastic response to my problems which were sorted out very quickly, even though I live and work in France. Shortlands remotely took control of my PC and solved many issues I was not even aware of at the time. They then recommended upgrades to hard and soft ware that are still applicable today and running safely and securely. My business is entirely web based so having this high level of backup on tap is essential. Can't recommend them highly enough.
