We have used Acutec as our outsourced IT and Infrastructure Management for over 10 years, during this time we have gone through two renewals of our server and PC driven IT platform and recently also had an office relocation. Through all these changes the Engineering team have been superb, when issues have arisen they have quickly worked hard through the problem and got issues fixed keeping us informed each step of the way. The reassurance that they are monitoring our systems 24/7 and dealing with network problems, often before we know there is a problem is the peace of mind we need. Our telecoms and IT platform is the lifeblood of our business and we cannot afford any unplanned downtime. Professional Responsive Efficient and Go the Extra Mile.
Thank you Acutec for solving our computer network issues. Explaining things in a simple non patronising way and getting the job done quickly and efficiently. Also highlighting an imminent hard disc failure on one of our machines which recently was upgraded with a brand new (faulty) HDD which would have been catastrophic for us.
