I have been using XPOS for the last 4 years and love the product. I find the EPOS system to be industry leading and the XPOS team are a pleasure to deal with. I especially benefit from the integration that XPOS offers with our Online Shop that uses the Shopify platform. I moved to crossover when I was appointed to The Royal Dublin in 2016. I had used an EPOS system since the early 2000s but XPOS was definitely a step up to what I had used previously. We all know that you only get out of these things what you put into them but it gives you the tools to run your business efficiently from a customer point of view but also from the back end. Most importantly they have provided us with the technology to encourage our businesses to evolve and stay in touch with all aspects of an evolving online and digital market.

XPOS is a great tool to help my business grow. Superb reporting giving insights into popular products as well as those that don’t sell through as well. The XPOS Caddie app has been a real bonus to engage with customers and the XMAIL feature is brilliant at following up sales with customers and keeping them coming back.
