Awful form used by solicitors to make their life easier whilst annoying the hell out of their clients.

Their rigid form do not allow you to skip sections and return to them later, meaning you cannot progress without sequentially completing a form.

I expect better.

I were told by my solicitor that I would receive a link ‘shortly’ for identity check to proceed my property purchase. But it has been one week, I have not received any links then I got back to my solicitor who said infoTrack experienced technical issues will need recover back up. However, after waiting 2 days more I did not see any link was sent to me !

The system did not run well at all and delayed all process ! Do not use their service, so disappointed!

I started with a link to the app which did not work and no help given told to log in on the internet. Next there is a limit to uploading documents but the size is not displayed. No help given, appalling service.

Infotrack were engaged by my solicitor for a local search. They actually provided a search for a different property and didn't notice. As my solicitor was getting nowhere with them. I contacted the local authority myself to point out the error - which was corrected. But Infotrack have still not supplied the correct search. ....and won't speak to me about it!!! Avoid at all costs.

This company take seven weeks to do a local search when most others take three. Really slowed down my house purchase and ruined everybody in the chains Christmas thanks infotrack
