I recently had the pleasure of visiting T-Tech Computers to seek assistance with my self-built computer, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations in every way possible. From the moment I stepped into the shop, I was quickly greeted with politeness and professionalism by the staff. They were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, immediately putting me at ease. It was evident from the outset that these individuals were not only knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about their work. After explaining my situation of having assembled my computer but having no luck getting it to work, they wasted no time in offering their assistance. I left the shop, and not long after, I received a call with the diagnostics that, thankfully, the computer and all its components weren’t damaged and worked fine; however, I had assembled it wrong. What truly impressed me was their willingness to run a complimentary diagnostic test on my system to ensure all components were in proper working order. This gesture saved me both time and money, as it would have cost considerably more. I decided to entrust them with the task of setting up my computer's system and BIOS, along with the installation of Windows 11 Pro, complete with a legitimate license. The pricing they offered for these services was more than reasonable, especially considering the level of expertise and attention to detail they provided. In addition to their technical prowess, I was thoroughly impressed by their commitment to aesthetics. The cable management was impeccable, and they even went the extra mile by customizing my computer with a Funko Pop character and a background inspired by The Witcher, from which my Pop was from. It's these little touches that truly set them apart. Furthermore, they took the time to install baseline apps that I had mentioned I would use, further enhancing the overall efficiency and amazing work. Perhaps most remarkable of all was the speed at which they completed the work. Despite the thoroughness of their efforts, everything was finished within three days, allowing me to enjoy my newly built and optimized system in no time. Overall, my experience at T-Tech Computers was nothing short of exceptional. The professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail demonstrated by the staff left a lasting impression, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in need of tech assistance. They've certainly earned themselves a loyal customer in me.

Took my laptop in which was having keyboard issues. I feared that this was game over for my machine. These guys assured me it wasn’t. They gave me a quote to fix (with genuine Dell parts) explaining what was involved, I accepted the quote and 2 days later I have my laptop back as good as new.

T-TECH computers have been a massive help to me. My laptop unfortunately broke a week before my final deadline for university. They were able to transfer all my data in time and were so considerate of my urgency. They were able to guide me and consistently inform me about the progress of the data transference. They were so easy to talk to, especially when explaining the different options of repair while considering my finances being a uni student. I would definitely recommend them and will be going back for any other technological repairs!! They deserve more than five stars!! ?

Dealt with my laptop exactly how they said they would and in the end, went above and beyond to try to help. Highly recommend giving Tim and the team a go.

Worked with Tim and his company for a week helping out and it was amazing working with him and his colleague. Watching the amount of effort he applies to customers problems trying so hard to resolve there problem. The attention to detail he gives to things, even things inside laptops that the customer would never see he cleans it and makes it all good looking putting pride into his work and the quality to workmanship. Had an issue with my phone charger socket. Popped in to T-Tech to see if they could help. They advised me they could attempt a clean rather than replace the socket. Phone now charges perfectly and much cheaper than a socket replacement. Thanks for the honesty, would highly recommend and will use again.
