Comm Tech have recently provided our business with a new 3cx phone system, which they were able to implement quickly and efficiently to replace an existing phone system that had failed.
At all points throughout the process William, Mark and Tim have been extremely helpful in providing information and clarity regarding prices for services and were always quick to respond and happy to have a conversation, even if they had to visit our premises to gain a clearer understanding of our requirements.

I have been using this company for nearly 20 years and cannot recommend them enough. They listen to their customers and quote for what you want and need. Never upsell for all the extras you don't need or want. We very rarely have any issues with the service and if something does go down they send engineers over quickly and without fuss to get everything working perfectly in no time at all. I’ve been a customer with Comm-Tech for many years now. During this time, I’ve been very happy with the contracts offered and had minimal needs to contact the customer service dept. However, last night I received a text from Vodafone which alarmed me and so I immediately made contact. Within a few hrs I had the paperwork I wanted and a plan was in place to resolve the supposed problem highlighted by Vodafone. In short, the service was fast, friendly, efficient and resolved my concerns. Exactly what any customer requires…. Thank you!
