The team at Easy PC are fantastic, in particular Ollie, who goes above and beyond to support our business. We often have quite demanding timescales and have a reasonable sized team who have varying IT related support issues. Nothing is too much trouble, everyone is very polite and friendly and also happy to explain things in very user-friendly terms (which is ideal for someone like me, who has very limited technical understanding). We have been using EasyPC for our ICT support since 2019 they have supplied us with computer hardware & upgraded our networking. During COVID they migrated us from an in-house server onto the Cloud using Microsoft Azure, this allowed us to move our software onto RemoteApps allowing staff to access software securely from any location. The support desk team at EasyPC are extremely helpful and provide help in a clear and concise manor often when the issue is extremely technical, we highly recommend their services. A special mention to Oly, Ben & James who are always so polite and helpful when communicating with our employees.

Great team at Easypc, my business laptop died during lockdown - they sourced and delivered a new Dell laptop directly to my door, pre-configured to go out of the box with Office 365. They then remotely migrated all my data and got me up and running in no time. Highly recommend this company even during COVID pandemic, they offer a great service.

Daniels Transport Group Ltd had been quickly trying to migrate to Office 365 for email and Sharepoint file data storage due to needing to be able to work from home. We tried serveral local companies, but none had been able to help or had the capacity. EasyPC quickly got us up and running, migrated our data and enabled multi-factor authentication for extra security. We have now gone on board with them for ongoing support and like to thank them for a swift response, especially during COVID-19.
