Holly at Smart Messenger, held a wonderful two workshop sessions for myself, on behalf of the Food Innovation Cluster. The workshops were all on email marketing and how food and drink businesses can achieve more and increase their sales.

Holly was incredible, feedback from the audience was very positive and I have been able to see how the businesses we support have increased sales and their confidence with their email marketing campaigns. I believe a few of them are now working with Holly and her team.

Not only did it help our businesses, but allowed me, as Events and Marketing Coordinator for the Cluster, to learn and identify new trends with email marketing. All incredibly useful, especially as many of our food and drink businesses are in different life stages. But Holly was incredibly patient and answered all questions.

My favourite section of the workshops, was that Holly went away before to learn about the organisations and view their email marketing campaigns. She was then able to identify and give constructive feedback to the individual businesses, a useful tool!

I cannot wait to work with Holly in the future.

I recently attended an email marketing course run by Holly at Smart Messenger, such valuable time spent, going through the tips for a successful email marketing campaign. I would highly recommend the course as its really helpful to be able to talk through campaigns, see what works, what doesn't work to actually get your email to land in someone's mailbox.
