My organisation have been working with Breakwater IT for a long time but for me just over a year but the service I personally receive and those who report to me have a great experience when it comes to service, the team are extremely efficient, knowledgeable and always deliver with a smile (well they sound happy when I talk to them on the phone). The team have always corrected any technical issues I may face and go above and beyond if not able to resolve on first contact. I would certainly recommend the organisation as I can only give them high praise with the service they provide to me and the regions I am responsible for - West & East Midlands / East of England / London / South East / South West and Wales.
