Darren is simply brilliant if you have IT problems of any sort this is undoubtedly the man to call, I first crossed paths with Darren a few years ago when setting up my business, and have used his services several times since. After having run a language school for the best part of 32 years, I have had to engage several IT freelancers over the years to help ensure that our school's IT systems run smoothly and are both safe and reliable.

Hamblett Consultancy have consistently provided first class support with regard to server administration, IT networking, and more recently Office 365 integration in our school, and I am happy to confirm that we have always received a prompt and helpful response from this company. Problems, whenever they have arisen, have always been fixed swiftly and in a timely manner.

Nothing is ever too much trouble.

One evening, in the middle of lockdown in 2020, our office-based Windows server stopped working at 8:30pm which meant that our staff would not be able to work from home the following day unless the system was fixed. Darren Hamblett, the owner of Hamblett Consultancy, listened sympathetically to our cry for help and drove overnight from Leeds to Cardiff to ensure that things were up and running in our school by 9am the following morning. I have never forgotten the owner's sheer determination to ensure that our business did not suffer as a result of downtime.

If that isn't 100% commitment to a customer - I don't know what is..
