We began working with Podulate on a recommendation, having previously spent a lot of time and money on architects which had left us both disappointed and with tenders well over budget.

It has been a stark contrast to our previous experiences and it’s been very easy to work with Steven (Podulate’s owner) on refining and redrawing all of our previous plans.

Steven has been patient in taking time to explain options and implications to us in layman’s terms. We always found him available, even with multiple projects on-going, we’ve now got a much better understanding of some of the nuances of proposed designs in practice, and their potential impact on the overall build cost of our project. Something that has eluded us with previous architects and engineers.

I’d definitely recommend Podulate to anyone who has a good idea of what kind of designs they already want for their home, easy to work with, friendly and measured in their approach.
