I am regularly disappointed by this shop, the Post Office in particular. Some of my recent highlights of how terrible this shop is:
- A Post Office being unable to accept returned/paid for postage because... They have no postage labels. They also don't know the they will have more, so their stock control is clearly poor.
- A member of staff arguing with me at the counter, insisting that I need to pay international postage to send to Northern Ireland. Geopolitics aside, anywhere with a BT postcode is subject to domestic Royal Mail fees.
- Refusing to accept envelopes for the mailing bag because they had a frozen food delivery out the back.
- Regular understaffing, especially at peak times. One person to serve two counters, with large queues of frustrated customers isn't good enough. They then also prioritise app delivery orders over in-store customers.
- Staff having a go at customers for not using manners, despite not using them themselves. Staff complain about their job to customers, so it is clear they are as frustrated as we are - but customers are not the ones they should focus their frustration on.

These have occurred regularly, and all on separate occasions. Local customers deserve better.

Visited yesterday to grab milk and sweets as I was passing through - I’ve never been before but I thought it would be a standard experience. The young guy in there (don’t know his name) was terrible - he was ignorant and didn’t want to be there and just gave poor customer service. I’d never usually say anything bad about any shop workers because I’ve worked in a similar place before but it was terrible. I feel bad for people who shop in there often and have to put up with him.

The member of staff at this store was so rude when I visited, was not going to leave a review as thought maybe the woman was just having a bad day, but it's not just me it seems, looking at other reviews.

Greeted the cashier like I always would at any other store, then when I asked for the pokemon cards I wanted to purchase, the first words out of the cashier's mouth was "ridiculous", No idea why. Even when I wanted to pay by card, it seemed like I inconvenienced her, like card payments are unacceptable or something.

Racist atmosphere....there is a young boy with very rude face ...always look at you like you are bothering him...and ladies are so much Rude too...I am a regular customer there . Infact I visit there 2 or 3 times in a day to buy little stuff...but I am shocked they don't respect you in anyway..Please please Morrison change your staff ..iam requesting you all otherwise I'll stop going there and will tell my all friends to not go there who are living in green lane area ...!!

I have been to Morrison's Daily on Green Lane multiple times, primarily to use their post office services, and each visit has been increasingly frustrating. Every time I go in, there is always an excuse for why they can't help me. They either tell me to wait for ten minutes, claim the post office counter is closed, or say the staff is not trained or not available. This has happened on four or five separate occasions.

When I try to deposit money, they often say they have limitations or that the person responsible is on a break, and I'll need to wait for thirty minutes. It's very annoying and inconvenient.

Morrison's Daily needs to either properly manage their post office services or allow a local shop to take over, as they might provide better service. The current situation is simply unacceptable.

Rude staff, 2 members of staff on but wouldn't serve me because they had to put food away. Not acceptable customer service. I'm so shocked. It used to be a lovely shop.
