We have recently completed two days of on site training which was led by Neil Jowett. We found the training to be very detailed and comprehensive. In the lead up to the training Neil prepared and presented to us a detailed schedule of the training for the following two days which enabled us to ensure the appropriate staff were available at the times required. We were all very impressed by the knowledge and detail that Neil could offer us. In addition his follow up support with regular offers of further assistance has been very reassuring. A big thank you to Neil.

I also must thank Mellissa who was our Onboarding Coordinator who guided us through effortlessly and really helped with an "out of the ordinary" migration. Melissa was always available to calm me down and sort out any migration worries so thank you to Melissa also.
