I needed to get some new fans to deal with a cooling issue on my PC.
The chap in the store was incredibly helpful, taking the time to go through the issue and a similar case.
Very knowledgeable staff member, and despite the low value of my intended purchase, he gave me a lot of advice and time.

Horrible customer experience.Rigid system, no flexibility, no follow up. Just interested in collecting money for diagnostics without solution offered. Problem was not fixed at the end, so why did I come to you As I still have a bad laptop and lost money.

My 4 yr old Huawei laptop died on me while I was doing work, giving me the 'blue screen of death' with the error code: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. I contacted Anglian Internet and they quickly replied, offering to help, as I had researched the error as a hardware fault.

I had them collect my laptop on Thursday and they quickly assessed it as an SSD fault and could not access it to retrieve the data. They easily replaced the SSD with the same 500gb it had before, installed Windows 11 (as before it had Windows 10), and by Wednesday, they had my laptop back to my door!

They kept me informed of the situation all the way through and were very helpful in diagnosing the problem. I couldn't be any happier!

Lost a screw retaining a battery which broke. Got a replacement battery but needed screw to secure battery. Really helpful staff who provided specialist screw I needed and then went onto fully explain computing items which I asked about - aiming to get me what I needed at the best price for my budget. Aim to get my new computer from this outlet. Great experience

Brilliant service. I took my son's laptop to be repaired as it had a faulty mousepad. The staff were super helpful and they booked my machine in straight away. The repair was done very quickly and I was given a call to come and collect it. Overall, I was very impressed with how friendly, efficient and honest these guys were. There's obviously a reason why they've been around for so long...... Thank you Anglian Internet
