So at the beginning of IR35 changeover (April 2017), everything was a bit slow and messy. But after that 1st month everything has been humming along nicely. They chased up all my details and were even willing to 'try' to get payment from the agency (who were obstructive at first). Payments get paid on time (once money sent by agency). And they are helpful if you have questions. I found it best to send an email and they will respond or fix up the stuff you are querying about in a good time frame.

The best umbrella company out their. But I gave a 2 star rating because, they are slow in responding to emails in fact very rarely respond. Their phone app is down so if you work away from home you can't access anything and have no idea about your pay. Hence the slow to respond to emails. Finally when you call them you feel your inconvenience them. They are also very slow in paying you. For example. Agency will pay them Thursday and your not see it till late Monday Tuesday. It's a real chasing game and very frustrating when you have bills to pay.

Avoid! I wish I had read the reviews before signing up. Not only did they use a disguised remuneration scheme, but they also deducted and kept nearly a quarter of my net pay!

Absolutely a disgrace ...handed my details of this awful company over TO HMRC. Avoid avoid no one response back and Ed well I have no words just shocking. PLEASE AVOID!!!!
