I sent in my RME audio interface for repair as these guys were referred by RME as an option that would be quicker than their own repair route. Mine was a simple rotary knob replacement on the front. It was turned around very quickly and the repair was good. Unfortunately the LCD screen next to the rotary knob had been knocked out of place so now sits a little bit crooked. They wouldn't pay for postage for me to send it back and I didn't think it was fair me losing money for an issue that wasn't my fault. They did send instructions on how to open up the unit myself and attempt a fix. I think for the price I paid these issues shouldn't have occurred.

Was recommend ART by Quilter guitar amps for a head repair. The repair was with them for a while but they needed to liaise with manufacturer so I have no complaints. The reason I am writing this review is because they went above and beyond when returning the unit as I'd broken my collarbone since dropping the unit off and could no longer pick it up. Thanks ART!!

Honestly shocked at how much these scamming thieves have charged me!!!!!!!!!! Replacement of new faders for my pioneer 4 channel mixer which has cost me the best part of 300 quid. I sent my mixer off at my own cost for a quote and unfortunately I didn't read the small print which states if I don't except there quote it will be 120 pounds just for them "looking" at it. Utter jokes from these clowns! I was recommended these absolute jokers by audio technica because they was busy so went with there recommendation and regretted every part of it! After scanning the Internet I found out on average for the repairs I need would cost between £85 and £105 NOT £270. If you are looking at using theses guys then I highly recommend you ask if it will cost an hours labour to "look" at your item because they will fist you where possible.

I have had a a belt driven CD player and a battery driven preamplifier repaired by audio related technology. They did a great job.

Simon also talked me through some issues I had with a TC helicon voice processor.

I thoroughly recommend this company if you have any issues with any sound equipment.
