Beta Design Consultants prepared a report and plans for me to remove a loadbearing as well as a partition wall in a residential property. Not only did they quote the best fee out of four structural engineers I contacted but Fahed was the only one who understoor my situation (I don't yet own the flat so couldn't make an opening in the wall) and came up with a workable solution. Yousif, who did the site visit and the report/plans, was professional, patient and friendly and he delivered the work in just over a week. My emails/texts were always responded in a timely manner, Fahed was clear and to the point in his emails (which is always appreciated). I also want to mention the website that is not the fanciest I've ever seen (this probably helps keep costs lower allowing more affordable prices for customers) but I really liked how informative and transparent it was - it was actually the very thing that prompted me to get in contact with them and I certainly wasn't let down. We contacted Beta Design Consultants for a rear extension we were planning to get done. Fahed and his colleague Maes came for a home visit and listened very attentively to our needs/requirements. They are both very friendly and helpful and communicated professionally in all matters. Nothing was too much trouble for Fahed as I did email him often with questions/queries I had. Maes also dealt with the planning portal, which made it easier for us. We are currently using their services for some structural drawings/calculations.
