Andy at Black Dog Solutions has been helping me with IT work for 3 months now for my fast growing Interned-based Company Ecolamp Recycling Ltd. Right from the start I could see that he is competent, knowledgeable and very experienced.

Over the last 15 years my previous IT "experts" have come and gone. I frequently found them struggling to solve my problems, and sooner or later each of them exposed their limitations or exhausted their expertise. Not with Andy, he quickly and efficiently fixes my IT issues consistently as they arise, usually by dialling in to my computers without having to attend site.

Response times are very fast, even out of hours. For any modern business that embraces digital technology utilising a website, Internet and email to communicate with its customers, downtime due to IT faults is unacceptable and costly, and Andy knows this well.

I am sure now that as my business continues to grow, I will never need to look further than Black Dog Solutions for IT help and consultancy.
