In the 6 month period BlueThirst managed our Google Ads account they made numerous mistakes. I have provided feedback to BlueThirst and we are no longer working with them.

Update:

Your monthly retainer and the initial set up costs were paid as per your quotes. I would expect the level of service to be sufficient for the fee you quoted.

I am disappointed that you are implying we did not pay enough for a reasonable service level. Your pricing is your prerogative.

The price we paid has nothing to do with the problems I highlighted.

I know how frustrating negative reviews are, I hope my feedback is taken onboard and this can be drowned out by positive ones.
