My car had a rattle coming from the engine and I was told by a peugeot expert that the timing chain is rattling. I booked my car in and was told it would take all day. I dropped my car off Friday morning. At 3:00 pm the receptionist rang me, not to tell me the car was ready, but that they hadn't done it. I was told that they didn't have the tools to do the job as whomever put the tools back last must of broken it and not told anyone so they would have to order a new one.. I was told that the car would be ready by Monday. I wasnt offered a courtesy so had to go without a car all weekend. On Monday I was informed that it might not be the timing chain, but the drive belt pully. I told them to change the timing chain anyway. I expected to pick my car up late Monday, but I was told they would have to start it from cold in the morning. I turned up to pick my car up Tuesday morning to be told by the receptionist that they hadn't ordered a new tool but had been waiting on my timing chain kit, ( So she had been lying to me all along). Today I lifed my bonnet and noticed that the clips that hold the spark plugs down were all snapped off, the rocker cover had a big scratch all along it and the heat shield blanket had been pulled from behind the turbo and was hanging out. I am utterly shocked at the level of workmanship and the attitude of the lying receptionist. These people are not peugeot specialists. Save your money and go somewhere else. If this was my business, I would be mortified if this happened to a customer's vehicle. Dodgy mechanics. Update, I could hear a wining noise coming from the auxiliary belt area and have now had the car inspected at a different garage and been told the water pump tensioner needs replacing. £230.

Fantastic service. I didn't have an appointment, but gave them a call and was told to pop down. They resealed my tyre and had me back on the road within 30-40mins at a fair price. Would definitely use this company again.

Excellent service, genuinely the best I've been treated in 20 years in the motor trade. My parents needed an urgent clutch & flywheel replacement on their 2014 3008, having heard nothing but good things over the years I arranged an appointment for them here & it was confirmed as the issue & replaced very quickly & for not that much more than I could have done it myself! I found this garage on Google and used them for the first time based on their Google reviews. They were professional, efficient and even advised of further work that needed doing with a pre determined quote.
They also lend out courtesy cars which is brilliant!

I live in Warwick, 40 minute trek across Coventry to get to this lovely garage.
In the last year they have restored my faith in garages completely.
They saved my beautiful Pacific Coast Highway P T Cruiser (in conjunction with Custom Chrome) when no garage within 20 miles would touch it.
For 5 years of owning my gorgeous Peugeot RCZ I have had to keep topping the water up. Locally I had spent nearly £1500 trying to get it fixed. It was never solved. Finally late last year it stopped working. The RAC dropped it back to the local garage that had tried to fix the problem 2 days earlier (£400). They refused to deal with it, told me the cylinder head gasket had gone and I should scrap the car. The RAC advised they didn't think that was the case.
Then I remembered these guys. The RAC transported the car to them, for free!!.
Chris and Georgia, for a second time, saved my other car from the scrap heap.
They are so expert, polite, never flustered, and just fix stuff. The car runs like new again (15 years old now) with No issues. I wish I had found them years ago.
To everyone there please move closer to Warwick 😄.
To all the bad reviewers, what in God's name are talking about. Must have been a different garage. Just ignore them.
Thank you all for being there and proving there are still some people who know what they're doing, and helping other car owners to keep their vehicles on the road and not just scrapping everything.
