Avoid this company at all costs. They have done nothing but waste our employees time and put everyone in our business under huge strain. When in meetings they will agree to everything you ask, promising the world, but when it comes to delivering these promises (and what they've been paid for) they are a) tragically slow to get moving, b) markedly unprofessional in conduct and c) mercilessly bad at communicating. We have had a project running with them that was paid for in late summer 2016 and still isn't anywhere near completion and probably won't be ever, as we've discovered they just don't have the capacity to install the tills we very badly need to operate our business. To put it mildly, we are exploring other options.
