Chandler I.T Service is the one place I go to for all my IT issue and problems to be fixed.

I have been using Mike for the best part of 10 years or so and he is the most knowledgeable, helpful and best IT person I know and trust.

The attached photos are of the gaming rig he helped me to build a few years ago and despite its age now it is still the best computer I have ever had and I put that down to the knowledge and help Mike gave me with choosing the components then coming along and helping me build it. He has also helped out my mother on numerous occasions with IT issues as well.

There is no one else I speak to when I have an IT issue and I recommend him to everyone I know. SIMPLY THE BEST!!!!

Mike has again provided a fantastic level of service troubleshooting my older fading lap top and explaining all the way the issues that it had. He has provided and set up a new replacement with real efficiency and understanding - thank you!

As a complete novice with IT issues, Mike has not only serviced my laptop (remotely which is most useful) on a regular basis but over the years, has purchased and sourced two laptops for me at a most favourable price. I retired 10 years ago and lost the services of my companies IT Manager who helped me manage my home computer as part of the company's network for home working. I thought it was about time I gave Mike Chandler IT Services a shout out for the excellent support he has given me over the years. Simply put he set up a seperate hard drive back up system with appropriate software for me which gives me great peace of mind. He advised me on appropriate software for my basic home computing needs. He also set up a Remote Access contact system for me so that he is able to rectify any problems I may encounter remotely, which he has done seamlessly for me several times. His friendly, prompt attention on a pay-as-you-go non-contract basis has been invaluable to me and I thoroughly recommend him.

A friend recommended Mike about 6 years ago and as he couldn't update my old laptop, he purchased a new one and did all the setting up and transfer of data plus linking my other devices in a few days, all at a very fair price. Now if I have a query, he responds promptly and is able to deal with it remotely. I would certainly recommend him to any other technophobe like me!
