They don't even deserve a star from me but without ticking one or more, you won't be able to post the review. This people are scam, make sure you watch out when it comes to rent deposit.. I rented an office space with them in Leeds and paid a rent deposit of £600 in May 2022 and they ask us to leave the premises cuz they want to convert the place to student accom n July, until this sec, I am still waiting to get my rent deposit returned to me. Just be careful with this people. I am taking them to court anyways, No one is even picking their calls when I ring them but it wasn't like this when I wasnted to rent the space, they where all over me until I paid.

Great place for meetings or general working. Modern facilities with everything you need. Food/drinks excellent quality and value for money. Good parking and access.

Don't ever rent from them. They illegally denied us access to our room, disposed our belongings and stopped replying when it came to giving our deposit
