M&S need to deal with their money differently, serveral people (yes me) getting threatning letters, debt collecters!?! Not nessesary at all. I informed M&S I had be paid when It happened held the money for several months after waiting for another responce besides 'thanks for telling us'. And THIS is how they treat you, these people and M&S are nothing good, they both treat you well till its not in their favour.

I have to pay them almost £400 because M&S failed to tell me I was being overplayed and I have to pay it back if I was sacked or quit, I got sacked due to a family emergency where I had time of and now I’m jobless, 17 and have to pay back £400 that I wasn’t even told about never ever get a job in M&S or you’ll have to deal with these solicitors

I have known Debbie Beet for well over 10 years now. I have always found her to be very friendly and approachable. She has excellent attention to detail and is always very quick to come back to me with any updates during my claim.
She is always very helpful in guiding me through the legal process as sometimes the jargon can go over my head. I have received pay-outs on cases where I previously thought that they were a “lost cause”.
I find Debbie very professional and would have no qualms in sending any future claims her way.
