Antony went above and beyond the call of duty to restore the operating system of my damaged laptop. He tried 10 different methods, but unfortunately it was beyond repair. To be honest I was expecting this. But most importantly, he was able to recover my files and documents! He did not charge for time spent trying to restore the OS, and charged a reduced rate for time spent recovering files and documents.
In addition to this, I was particularly impressed with Antony's prompt replies in communication, and post service care and advice. Great professionalism combined with a very friendly, genuine approach.

When my laptop crashed last Sunday morning, my whole business crashed. In a panic I sent a whatsapp message to Antony who had been recommended to me by several different people.
