At Ben Burgess, we have used EasyPC Ltd. for many years now and they are an integral part of IT Support to our business. We unreservedly recommend the services of Easy PC Ltd. EasyPC Ltd. have installed network infrastructure, Servers, CCTV, projector systems and Wi-Fi at one of our flagship depots and the whole project was flawless. From start to finish, the planning and delivery was second to none and to a very high standard. We use EasyPC Ltd. in other areas of our business including the Office 365 platform. We feel comfortable entrusting such a sensitive part of our business to the hands of EasyPC Ltd.

The team at Easy PC are fantastic, in particular Ollie, who goes above and beyond to support our business. We often have quite demanding timescales and have a reasonable sized team who have varying IT related support issues. Nothing is too much trouble, everyone is very polite and friendly and also happy to explain things in very user-friendly terms (which is ideal for someone like me, who has very limited technical understanding). I can wholeheartedly recommend EasyPC for their excellent customer service, technical knowledge, quick response and overall support and service. Thanks very much!

We have been using EasyPC for our ICT support since 2019 they have supplied us with computer hardware & upgraded our networking. During COVID they migrated us from an in-house server onto the Cloud using Microsoft Azure, this allowed us to move our software onto RemoteApps allowing staff to access software securely from any location. The support desk team at EasyPC are extremely helpful and provide help in a clear and concise manor often when the issue is extremely technical, we highly recommend their services. A special mention to Oly, Ben & James who are always so polite and helpful when communicating with our employees.

Ollie at Easy PC is AMAZING! Quick to respond, so helpful and very patient! When computers go wrong, it's frustrating and scary when you don't know what's wrong or how to fix it. I'm so grateful that I found a local small business that is really efficient and brilliant in supporting my small business whenever I need it. Would highly recommend Easy PC.

Tim and the team at Easy PC have helped me out a number of times over the last 12 months. Having a lot of laptops that need maintenance and repair I am always needing EasyPCs assistance. Service is always good, friendly knowledgable staff and I always get all of my laptops back on time and in working order...even with a bit of advice thrown in for free! Keep up the good work guys.

Great team at Easypc, my business laptop died during lockdown - they sourced and delivered a new Dell laptop directly to my door, pre-configured to go out of the box with Office 365. They then remotely migrated all my data and got me up and running in no time. Highly recommend this company even during COVID pandemic, they offer a great service.

Daniels Transport Group Ltd had been quickly trying to migrate to Office 365 for email and Sharepoint file data storage due to needing to be able to work from home. We tried serveral local companies, but none had been able to help or had the capacity. EasyPC quickly got us up and running, migrated our data and enabled multi-factor authentication for extra security. We have now gone on board with them for ongoing support and like to thank them for a swift response, especially during COVID-19.
