Had numerous exceptionally great experiences with much of the team at Elementary. From the design to installations and continued ongoing support after completion. The staff are always very friendly and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble. We’ve had number of installations done on multiple sites, from visualisers, projectors and large touch screen devices. We’ve also recently had some conference suite lighting installed and audio visual equipment to broadcast our seminars and conferences. Nothing seems to be too difficult to achieve with our very valued connections at Elementary. Keep up the good work.

I was recommended this provider by an IT colleague. Unfortunately, when I tried to contact them they were struggling with their phone system and hung up on me. When I tried again, they were rude and unprofessional. They might have better technical skills and levels of professionalism in other parts of the business but I wasn't willing to find out after that experience.

I bought a Samsung Flip board from this company to assist with my presentations. After spending hours doing research, they offered the best deal so I went with them. I paid for the board, and thought that was that... nope. I get an email a few days later to let me know that the price had gone up now and I needed to pay substantially more if I still wanted it - even though I'd already paid! I said no thanks, and it took another few days for the refund to come through as well. Terrible customer service, the worst I've had all year. I had to source the board from another company - just in time. Would not recommend.
