We run two Epos systems, one in the restaurant and one in the shop. It is very easy to add and delete items and to run stock takes at the press of a button. When there is an issue, the tech team are on hand and able to take control and sort any issue. reporting on the system is very good.

Good software. Worst customer service ever. If you have a problem, just forget about it. They'll never sort it. Maybe after 20 emails and 6 months they may attempt to correct the fault. Even when double charging you by mistake

I’m using the POS and Card Machine. It’s working fine for me but I often get issues with the Payment Terminal. The customer service is good though. Every-time the customer care tries to resolve the issue at their best.
