Paul has provided excellent cost-effective support for my IP consultancy. Keeping several Mac and Windows computers working , often remotely. He has several times upgrade machines with a new hard drive, which has saved the purchase of a new computer. He is extremely easy to get on with and sorts things out with a minimum of jargon.

Upon experiencing a problem with my computer I rang Paul hoping that this might be of interest. It became quickly clear that this was not his core business but, if the definition of customer service is ' no problem is too small' then master Cruwys excelled.
Paul did his best to help me out with what would have been something very minor for him. For me - problem solved.

The speed of our 3-year-old computer was driving my husband crazy and he asked me to source a new and faster PC for his birthday to enable him to better work from home.
I have no experience buying computers, so I contacted Paul Cruwys from ESC IT Support, he was pretty confident our existing PC just needed an upgrade and this would save me a substantial amount of money. Paul upgraded the PC in less than a week and the transformation was incredible, my husband’s PC is now the fastest computer he’s ever worked on!
The final bill was also cheaper than the original quote, so we now have a super-fast computer for a fraction of the cost we had originally budgeted for.
