Visited a gathering hosted by OR3D. Interesting building and facilities. Saw a CT scanner in operation.
On site directions were very poor to the future space car park and centre. Even from the car park directions for visitors were poor!

Great place for start ups and single business owners who are looking for an office or desk or meeting place. This modern. And well organized space allows you to start your own business and find a convenient place to start. The building allows for different sizes and requirements and gives you options to upscale or downscale depending on your needs or wants.

There is a nice reception area with open plan working, a cafe and meeting rooms as well as office spaces.

Excellent co-working space for tenants from the UWE Bristol campus. A car park fronts it and makes the building hard to identify from the road. Staff were generally friendly and occasionally helpful.
