Newly opened so things aren't working properly e.g.lifts, card scanners but people are really great. Such a friendly atmosphere. You just know it's going to get better

I came here for a Software Devloper Day and I have to say I was impressed with the place. Everything was organized and worked as planned. It's bit of a taxi ride from the New Street Station, but that's true of everywhere in Birmingham. Thanks!

Not the best place for a start up;

- You have to do everything their way. We wanted to install a Vonage phone line, was basically told no (this wouldn't be an issue anywhere else)

- Was only given one parking space for an office of 6 and never informed of the cost to add an extra one. When I enquired I was told to an extortionate amount.

- A lot of the smaller offices not sound proofed so I can hear conversation sin the office next to mine and the kitchen

Attended a business conference here, great space, no parking though so had a little walk to get in. Cafe was okay too.
