Lawsyst is a user-friendly system that any lawyer can navigate through. We have been using this programme in our Family Law Practice for over two years and it has assisted with making our case management efficient and effortless. The support team have always been accommodating to me and my staff and deal with any issues expeditiously and with patience which is reassuring when you are working within strict deadlines and under pressure. Their bundling system is a useful tool in being able to upload and arrange a considerable number of documents without having to worry about pagination and the stress to recreate due to the updating mechanism. Overall a worthwhile and smart piece of software.

Perfect solution for busy law firms. We have in the past used 2 other leading CRM for lawyers, however neither of the other two matched to LawSyst in terms of its functionality and easy of use. Being web based system, it does not require any downloads, all matters, clients, tasks and even financial functions are easily laid out. We hold a Legal Aid franchise for Immigration and Asylum. Using LawSyst has made life breeze for our fee earners. To top it al, customer service is superb. There is always a very courteous customer service team ready to help. Id definitely recommend LawSyst to all law firms.

We researched a number of case management providers and found them to be very much the same, generic, out of the box products which were not true browser based systems

LawSyst was the only real browser based system on the market. It had been built from the ground up and we are very pleased with the product. We have been very impressed with the bespoke nature of the amendments the team have made upon our request – these have been done in prompt and courteous manner.

The implementation was smooth as the system is so user friendly. Support has been provided at all times and our employees are very happy with the system. We have saved money by way of the efficiencies made via the system along with the usual postage savings and increased client satisfaction as the work is carried out in an even faster manner

We are a small criminal defence practice and shelled out thousands of pounds to the market dominating LEAP, before being introduced to Lawsyst. The system itself has everything we need at a manageable price but, perhaps more importantly, the support from the staff, notably Afzaish Naveed, has been first class. Nav has been in contact with me at all hours of the day and night with weekends providing no obstacle. Each problem or difficulty which has arisen has been sorted out and he has never made me feel inadequate in terms of my IT levels of understanding - even though I doubtless am!!
