I first encountered Lead Forensics a few years ago now. I already had tracking on my website chat from start to finish Oliver was really patient, answering all my questions and they proved to be far superior in their results. So swapping was without a doubt. I then had Jane Yule as my Account Manager who held my hand throughout the whole process of setting up our account and continued to work extremely closely with us every week so that we maximised our information and used it to the best of our advantage.

I have now moved companies and no doubt will be installing LF as soon as possible.

I would not hesitate to recommend Lead Forensics for the quality of service and the quality of their information that will undoubtedly maximise your results!

Lead Forensics system is a must for every sales organization in a company. This is a secret weapon that if more people knew about it, it would increase their leads and sales. I see it in action daily and it is impressive. I also know that the success of Lead Forensics is also based on their foundation which are the people who run it. One of them is Matt Hall who was instrumental positioning Lead Forensics to me when I decised to go with them. Bad customer experience, more than happy to call you to show a free trial but now we are actually a paying customer I have had no help or contact.

Sent an email to our Account Manager with no response, then sent an email to the "Contact Us" function in case our Account Manager had left - no answer again. (They send an automatic email to say a response should take 24 hours - 48 hours)

I have actually asked another business we work with who also use this tool, to contact their Account Manager on our behalf....low and behold...yet again no response.

Unfortunately Lead Forensics have left me to use my final option of getting them to respond to me, by me leaving them a bad review.
