I had an amazing experience purchasing a diamond engagement ring for my sister’s parter to propose to with from Luxury lab collection.
The quality of the ring exceeded my expectations, and the craftsmanship is absolutely stunning. The entire process, from sending inspiration pics and designing to achieving the dream ring which we had visioned was seamless, and the customer service was incredibly helpful and super responsive. My order arrived on time, and exactly as described and shown. I’m so excited for my sister to see it I know she’s going to absolutely love it! My fiancé and I searched and searched for a wedding band at local stores but couldn’t find what we wanted, so reached out to you for a custom order!

We again were not disappointed!! As we live three hours away, all communication was via phone and text. It was all so easy and informative!

Buying a ring is a minefield. It’s not easy, it’s overwhelming and can easily be full of pressure. Isaac and the team are a pleasure to deal with and has the advantage of you being able to pick your stone and your setting leading to a truly custom experience.

10/10 recommend but I hope I never have to buy an engagement ring ever again!! 😂
