I did my English, maths and ICT assessment here.

Staff were friendly and one member of staff in particular made sure I was warm by placing an electric radiator in the room while I was on the computer as it was absolutely freezing ? last year!

The environment seemed nice and calming.

I even saw a few students returning to pick up their certificates which they seemed very very happy indeed!

It was nice to see the signs on the wall of how to keep safe (covid) especially in the toilet.

I heard a few classes going on which seemed nice and relaxed too!

I really enjoyed Functional Skills English, entry 3 course with Sarra. My teacher had excellent knowledge of the subject I was learning.
She had very good communication with students.
I appreciate they way she explained the homework.I was given challenging work, that motivated me and helped me make good progress. In few months I learn a lot and gain my knowledge.
Also the stuff are very supportive.

The teachers have excellent knowledge of the subject you are learning about, present and demonstrate information and demonstrate skills very clearly .
All staff know and care about their students. Also, the environment is calm and allow you to focus on your learning, I felt safe and more confident during my courses.

Would like to thank all the staff of MI ComputSolutions, they have supported me and I am very grateful. They have supported me from Entry 3 to Level 2 in Maths and English and I am currently doing Teaching assistant course with them and so far I am very happy.
