I bought some roof bars for my pickup via eBay. I was very impressed with the quality. Especially as they were a quarter of the price of Thule bars.
However, when fitting them I managed to snap two of the end caps. I messaged them asking if I could order some more. Vicky told me they didn’t actually sell spare parts but as a gesture of goodwill, she’d post some out to me. Two days later they were pushed through my letterbox.

Lied to about having a replacement radiator sent out after the initial one was sent out damaged. Refund given instead now the price has gone up.

Ordered two items off this company through B&Q. They delivered later than expected and wanted to return the items as they looked different than online not as nice. Waiting for a returns label over a week now and nothing. Messaged them and now being ignored. Someone called Chloe is working there apparently. Not a good company. Can’t get my refund now. Don’t buy off these people! Very dodgy! 😡

Very Disappointed I bought this Airfryer from Amazon 13 months ago went to use it yesterday it worked fine then stopped midway through cooking I contacted the seller who replied saying out of warranty on the 17th June 2024 sorry.
Having spent a lot of money to purchase this airfryer I expected it to last a lot longer than 13 months.
Having looked at some reviews both on Amazon & Google since my purchase I see others have experienced similar issues.
Do not waste your money the company are nothing but rude with their responses surprised their still trading

Bought a car cover from eBay from this company not good absolutely lousy wasn’t even long enough to reach the other side of the vehicle. The quality was absolute Pullin, when I looked at the pictures that they posted on eBay they weren’t even the same pictures of the product stay over this company. I’m now trying to fight to get my money back, I wouldn’t recommend ordering or line State places at Halfords you may pay a little bit more but least if the product is poor you can return the product and get your money back. I’m now stuck with this cover. hopefully, I will get my money back as a member of law

I received my order of 2 x 3 Gang Sockets very quickly but when they arrived the packaging, boxes and sockets where damaged obviously when being transported by the delivery service. I reported the issues to Netagon Ltd and they sent replacements very quickly again and in time for the installation I had planned.
A massive thank you Netagon Ltd.
A lot of companies could learn a great deal from your Customer Services and support.
You deserve the 5 Star rating I have given you and more.

Absolute appalling customer service, I bought an air fryer on Amazon via Netagon UK and the heating element broke after 7 months use, hence under guarantee. I made numerous attempts ( through the Amazon channel and contacting the company direct) to arrange a free return as usual with faulty under guarantee other items, but was advised to arrange and pay for it myself. Worst of all, I was offered several times to have a “replacement bulb” sent which requires tampering with the heating element itself and cutting wires to be exchanged, therefore would not just be dangerous for a non electrician, but would also void the guarantee. I am glad I had support from Citizen Advice and efficient Amazon.
