We employed the services of Netmatters this year as our 3rd party IT support and have been thoroughly impressed from the off. Whilst Netmatters are one of the largest IT support providers in the region, they are keen to stick to a "family values" approach and as such, you are allocated a team of six people that you will always deal with and therefore start to build a relationship with. All the team members are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and crucially appreciate that the world of IT is not always something people are familiar with, so things are explained clearly, with no judgment if you you don't understand all of the terminology! Above all, Netmatters are very responsive, and understand the impact that IT outages can have on a business. Any queries we have raised have been picked up quickly, and where issues cannot be immediately resolved, Netmatters have provided regular progress updates. All in all we are very impressed by the service we have received from Netmatters and couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I thoroughly recommend Netmatters. We ran a project with them that came in on time and under budget. I found their approach to completing the work very friendly and professional, and the work they completed was exactly on specification. They were happy to attend meetings on-site and remotely, we had regular contact from a great Project Manager, and right through the chain from Account Manager to lead Developers they was a pleasure to work with. I’ve been using Netmatters Wymondham for a number of years since starting my own business in the Newmarket area.
Really great to now have the Cambridge branch on our doorstep. I recently had some issues with my IT, fast efficient advice was forthcoming with a nothing is too much trouble approach. Look no further, I wouldn’t go anyone else!
