I can’t rate Ostratto highly enough. I dealt with Lewis who was a total lifesaver and helped me keep my business on the go when I was at my wits end. Being completely computer illiterate myself, I was dreading how to even explain my IT issues, but he had a total grasp, stepped up to the challenge and sorted everything out for me swiftly and efficiently without blinding me with jargon. I feel he went above and beyond and was a very reassuring and friendly person to deal with in a stressful situation. First class service!

From start to finish Ostratto was professional and super helpful. They took on board my design specification and helped an idea come to fruition, building a website that is just what I imagined for my business. We have had a few IT consultants over the years and there are 2 types. Those that 1) try to support you but often do the minimum to fix issues and you need to ask them 3 times to actually fix it (often don't actually fix the issues) and make really bad IT recommendations without really thinking about your business.
2) Those that are really customer focused and will keep fixing IT issues until they are tested and fixed and make recommendations that with solve problems in your business.
Ostratto are a gold standard 5 star company, they are brilliant and so customer focused, they always work with us to solve problems making sure we are getting what we need. We originally signed up with Ostratto as they are a Google Partner and they migrated us so smoothly.
We have to answer complex IT and security questions when we take on new clients and Ostratto help us make sure we are compliant and can answer anything thrown at us.

Ostratto have set me up brilliantly with automating my accounts through Zoho software, for things like invoicing on the fly and also accounts submission when the time comes. The customer service is rapid and Lewis is truly an IT wizard.

Fully recommended for small business owners who want to spend more time earning than counting the money!

Fantastic support, Ostratto's knowledge of the full Google product suite made the implementation within our company seamless.

We have a number of older members of staff that were reluctant to try something new but they have now been operating with the Google products for a number of months mainly due to the time spent with them by Ostratto
