Staff were friendly and accommodating. Food and drinks were great. Toilets were clean and baby changing facilities clean. One staff member helped me find a quiet spot to nurse my small baby away from the bustling tables.

Horrible service received from Quandoo.
Signed up under false pretences, only to be told when trying to implement these features that Quandoo does not in fact provide it. The system is very limiting to businesses, they are no where near as advanced as other booking platforms. They take over your website widget with their own, whilst advertising Quandoo offers through it and diverting people away from your website, into theirs, to then charge you £3.90 per cover!
The app they have is also quite limiting normally, but far more so when it stops functioning and does not send you real time notifications. Their solution is to simply wait for it to be fixed and advise you to sit on your device 24/7 sifting through emails to manage your reservations. I have surpassed my contract term and trying to leave them, but they insist on. 3 month cancellation period, which they say you must email to initiate, despite mentioning this to the now practically non existent customer services, and they do not respond to the email until 2 weeks later, still not confirming the cancellation has been initiated. The account managers are rude and pretty much useless, passing blame onto us instead. They take weeks to respond to queries or requests of communication, thus delaying everything further. It has been more than 3 months of the app not functioning and they make no attempt to provide a decent solution or any form of compensation to accommodate the loss of business in the meantime. Absolutely not worth the hassle at all. They barely even provide new customers and simply get your existing customer base to book through their platform instead, which results in further costs to you as a business.

Managed to get to our booking early… and were seated promptly.

Drinks taken and served in no time, poppadoms and chutney tray shortly followed.

The place is IMMACULATELY clean, as are the toilets!

The food was fabulous, piping hot, and beautifully fresh. Our fave Indian restaurant by far.

Incredible menu. We all had the Sunday Roast. It was delicious. Unfortunately the dinner got cold very quickly.as the food was put on cold plates.
The staff were lovely and the service was excellent. Very good value for money..
