Called Rob at Rocket Computers to explain what had happened to my old PC rig and discussed possible solutions - visit the very same day too.

My issue was a boot loop and unfortunately, after some tests, a failed drive. Rob replaced the drive with an SSD on-hand and did a fresh install of Windows OS. Though we couldn't save the drive, thankfully I had some of it backed up at home.

He also managed to repair and re-attach fan coolers, as the rubber holds had lost their grip and where falling off. Applied new thermal paste as part of the cooler unit repair too and gave the rig a good clean! Much appreciated.

Genuine, friendly and kind. Excellent service and price. Any issues, he's the guy! Was even able to pick up the rig the same day too! Thank you very much.

Amazing service, Rob is absolutely lovely man! I spilled tea on my laptop and he was able to clean and fix it quickly and efficiently. Amazing quick service for a good price!
I snapped the pins on my old hard drive when building a new system, they managed to get the data from the broken one and clone it to a new drive all within the same day.
