This is the absolute worst career support I have received. Seems like they go out of their way to waste your time. What is the point in sending someone on a training course which dates has changed 4/5 times for unknown reasons spreading over about 6 months the and the come to find the actual course was held every 2 weeks. The the person who is supposed to help you is conveniently off for a week and their is no one else to pick up the communication leaving you out of date and unable to complete the course which you spent a week and over 150 hours of your life studying, attending and writing exams (physical and practical) and finally passing only to fi d out ot was all a big waste of time . Unbelievably unprofessional and ontop of that you are called whilst on a course they provided you with and then cannot answer because you are in the middle of this training at 10 am in the morning and all they do is mark it down as absent. Complete joke of a company, cuts corners ,have no due diligence in a sector where your learning/training and supposed to support people. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Ad agent call Christopher have a very very bad communication, is not helping people resolve the problem, basically after they move my appointment for 3/4 time at the last moment, when I ask gently to move my appointment in other day ,or a bit early , him tell me just No .
