Well what to say really had my extractor years never go wrong got a sks sport and had 5 of them all snapped same place so it is clearly a issue with product shame to say this really but sonik don't honour ther policy changed all other rods but last on not even 3 months old said it was out of warranty well warranty comes with the new rod and reciept not the old rod that a purchase cause a dont have that rod they do and the other 4 took back so all leave. A honest review

Have a Full sonik set only thing I haven’t got is the axs v2 and the T shirts 😂 So hand on heart can not fault none of the kit, one little hiccup but was swiftly sorted by customer service within a couple of emails. Can’t beat em if you ask me proper quality firm 👏

I have Sonik Vader X Rods & Reels, AXS Bivvy, 5 Season Sleep System, Armchair, SKS BITE alarms, Luggage.

Also an SK-TEK BUZZ BAR BAG WOULD BE A GREAT ADDITION TO THE LUGGAGE.

I had an insert fall out of 1 eye, asked for the eye for a replacement, sent the full rod eyes.

1 of the sks alarms would not work, new alarm sent next day.

Customer service is the best I've ever had.

100% customer satisfaction.

The after care service has been fantastic. This was my fault as I had lost parts myself , the communication and effort to solve my own problem was incredible, sourced the parts and posted out to me double quick , thank you very much for getting me fishing again quickly.

Well done Sonik Sports Ltd.
I purchased a set of Sonik Vader 3+1 bite alarms 16 month ago.
Having used the alarms on short day sessions, I never realised there was a problem with the receiver.
Every time I used them I had to put a new battery in, and me thinking I hadn't turned the receiver off properly.
Then I did a 36 hour overnight session ... 4 batteries in the first 20 hours ... not happy.
Typical, they're out of warranty, so probably not going to get any help.
I contacted Sonik customer service and explained the problem to a very helpful lady (Jackie).
She asked me to send the alarm set back for testing and investigation.
Two weeks later, testing all done, alarm set returned with a new receiver.
The best part ... FREE OF CHARGE ...
Being out of warranty, I was expecting a bill for parts and labour, but no, free of charge.
WELL DONE SONIK, and THANK YOU JACKIE for all your help sorting my alarm set out.
Customer service done right, WELL DONE, thank you.

Had my Sonik SK-TEC for a few years and the catch had broke. Contact the team at Sonik and no quibbles they teleported me a replacement part. They didn’t ask for any money and sent the part which I received the next morning! Couldn’t ask for a better service. Great work guys!

Very poor service, have had a set of sonik gizmo bite alarms for less than 18 months (cost £250) and my third alarm has died, having been used on a handful of occasions, it wont even turn on at all now. Contacted sonik customer service and was told that there was nothing to be done as water ingress was the most likely cause, i find this unacceptable as they are designed to be used outside, i was hoping there could be some sort of repair service rather than me having to fork out another £50-60 on a replacement alarm, i would rather avoid sonik all together now. My previous alarms were fox and they cost me £30 each around 15 years ago and are still working. Choose the gizmo alarms as i thought they were an upgrade given the bivvy light and reciever. A massive mistake. Avoid.
