State of the Art facility that houses a couple of BCU departments.
Of course my favorite part is the Business Co-working space on the first floor!

Most BCU Open Days, both Undergraduate and Graduate programs are usually hosted at the STEAMhouse right in the heart of Birmingham City.

If you have some time, then you can easily walk from the City Centre, Birmingham Coach station, and the two main train stations.

Fantastic facilities and friendly staff. Ruined by two things.

Firstly, diabolical WiFi, which is pretty unforgivable for a coworking hub. After 7 months repeatedly trying - and failing - to get essential email services whitelisted; and battling with constant disconnections and reconnections, which make video calls impossible, I’ve pretty much given up trying to work here.

Secondly - this one’s more niche - they used to be one of the only places on this side of the city that had decent vegan food. After an extensive upgrade to the cafe it just reopened - and they’ve all been taken off the menu entirely. Meaning a 30 minute round trip into the centre is required every time I try to work here.

Such a shame as it would otherwise be a great spot.
