I had the same experience as the recent reviews found here. After 18 long hours of guessing games that were done on my company files, I HAD TO SUGGEST calling the software company directly for help, and they realized that Supportwaves so called "tech" had downloaded the application incorrectly and had lost my original company files. The tech even asked me to please reply to his bosses email and tell him that everything was ok with the project, but it wasn't and I told his boss that; however, his boss NEVER replied or followed up. In the end, I was charged nearly $2000 and a broken system that had to be restored by a company called Elite tech. I was so angry when they told me that it was a 20 minute fix and it cost me $118. Are you kidding me?!!!! Supportwave literally STOLE MY TIME AND MONEY. Stay away you have been warned.

I had a networking issue on my laptop where I couldn't connect to the internet, and needed help. I'll admit I had low expectations going in - I thought I'd be talking to a lowly qualified "tech expert" who just guided me through some basic computer diagnostics that I could have done myself... the generic Step 1, Step 2, Step 3 "Is your laptop wifi set to airplane mode? Is your wifi network powered on?" playbook that doesn't really directly address the issue. Boy I was wrong! NerdApp was incredible! Talked me through how to diagnose the problem in a very bespoke, very simple-yet-sophisticated way. My Nerd used smart process of elimination to figure out it was a problem with my DNS server and gave me a practical fast way to fix it. I was saved a trip to Best Buy to service my Surface, and doubt they'd have been this quick about it. Couldn't be more pleased. Well done, NerdApp!

Happy Customer
My computer was super slow, and had been like that for months and getting worse every day. I was at my wits end. I tried.everything I knew how to fix the problem, but nothing seemed to really work. I eventually called Nerdapp, and Volkan an IT Technician rescued this damsel in distress. Within an hour, he had rearranged, and sorted out all my computer problems.

He was knowledgeable to another level, quick, efficient and helpful. He gave me great service, at a decent price, with a great attitude.

Honestly...., if you need good, honest IT support, Nerdapp is the way to go. Thanks Nerdapp for helping me out 😁
