There was something wrong with my keyboard, I told them in the first place. But these guys told me that if I let them reset my window and delete all my data, the problem with my keyboard will be fixed too and I let them. But IT DID NOT. And they didn’t even check again to see if all the problems are fixed or not 🙂 Such a waste of time for me.

I have been to these guys twice! Once I booked the appointment on the same day and he managed to fit me in, lovely people, reasonable prices would definitely reccomend! I had my back screen camera replaced and my sister had a laptop password reset.

Went here a while back but would advise not too, after I got my screen replaced from them, I understand they have to check my screen works but my photos had been opened, and other stuff, then my phone broke, went back and it was reset without my permission, it was completely broken at this point they lost my SIM card which was later found along with 10 screws, absolutely ridiculous.

Highly recommend for any tech woes! Very friendly, and super efficient—I went in with a broken IPad charging port, and it was fixed in only around 4 hours! ? Pricing is also very fair, will definitely return if I have any other tech issues! ?
